Your delivery zone is detected automatically from your province at checkout. Bangkok and Metropolis orders arrive in 1–2 days; upcountry takes 2–4 days. We email the tracking link once the parcel ships.

Open your order page and report damage within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the piece and packaging. We review every request and arrange a replacement or refund once approved. Natural handmade variation is not a defect.

These natural variations are part of what makes every piece unique and are not considered defects.

All glazes are food-safe and microwave-safe. We recommend hand-washing to keep colours and finishes vivid; dishwashers can dull glazes over time.

Before shipping, open your order page to fix delivery details or request cancellation. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days. PromptPay refunds are handled by Stripe, which emails you to collect the bank details required for the refund.
