ใช้เวลาจัดส่งนานแค่ไหน? ค่าส่งเท่าไหร่?

Bangkok orders arrive in 1–2 days (฿40, free over ฿599). Upcountry takes 2–4 days depending on the province (฿60, free over ฿799). We hand each parcel to Flash Express or Kerry — whichever is fastest to your area — and email you the tracking link once it ships.

ชำระเงินอย่างไร?

We use PromptPay bank transfer. After placing your order you'll see a QR code on the order page — scan it with your banking app to pay, then upload a photo of the transfer slip. We verify the slip manually (usually within a few hours during shop hours) and ship the order once payment is confirmed.

ถ้าของแตก/เสียหาย ทำยังไง?

Ceramics ship double-wrapped, but breakage happens. Message us on LINE (cchome.kitchen) within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged piece and the packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

จัดส่งต่างประเทศไหม?

Not yet — we ship within Thailand only. We're working on international shipping for select countries, but no firm date.

Yes — every piece in the shop is sourced from small Thai artisan workshops, mostly in Bangkok and the surrounding provinces. Small variation in shape, glaze pooling, and finish is part of the character.

ใช้กับอาหารได้ไหม? เข้าไมโครเวฟ/ล้างเครื่องล้างจานได้ไหม?

All glazes on the shop are food-safe and microwave-safe. We recommend hand-washing to keep colours and finishes vivid — dishwashers can dull glazes over time even when technically safe.

ติดตามคำสั่งซื้อได้อย่างไร?

After you place an order you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also visit order status and enter your order number. Once we ship, the email will include the courier tracking number too.

ยกเลิกหรือแก้ไขคำสั่งซื้อได้ไหม?

Yes, as long as we haven't confirmed payment yet. Once payment is confirmed and the order is being packed we usually can't change it. Message us on LINE as soon as possible — earlier is better.

มีบัตรของขวัญไหม?

Yes — buy one at gift cards. Gift cards never expire, work as a balance against any order, and we'll email the recipient directly with their code (or you can forward it yourself).
