Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it once we verify your PromptPay transfer slip. Prices are in Thai Baht (฿) and product prices are recomputed server-side at checkout — the amount shown on the payment page is the amount due.
Payment
Payment is by PromptPay bank transfer to the account shown on the payment page. Upload your transfer slip so we can verify and confirm. Orders without a verified slip are not processed.
Shipping
We ship within Thailand. Standard (Flash) ฿40, free over ฿599; Express (Kerry) ฿60, free over ฿799. Estimated delivery: Bangkok 1–2 business days, upcountry 3–5. Estimates are not guarantees.
Order issues
If a payment can't be verified we'll mark the order rejected and ask you to re-upload a correct slip. Contact us promptly with any problem.
Returns & damage
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Handmade ceramics vary slightly piece to piece — this is not a defect.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site (e.g., automated abuse of checkout or order lookup). We rate-limit and may refuse service for abuse.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
