Terms of Service

These are the terms for ordering from CCHome Kitchen. By placing an order you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, reach us using the contact details at the end of this page and we will help.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is confirmed once payment is received. Prices are in Thai Baht and product prices are recomputed on our server at checkout, so the amount shown on the payment page is the amount due.

Payment

Payment is made securely online at checkout (card, PromptPay, or wallet) through our payment provider, Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

Cancellations

Before we ship, you can request to cancel your order from your order page (for example a wrong address, wrong details, or a change of mind), and we will refund any payment to your original method. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled; the refund request applies instead. Requests are reviewed by us, not automatic.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. PromptPay refunds are processed by Stripe: you will receive an email from Stripe asking for your bank account details (this is required by Stripe and we never see or store them), to be submitted within 30 days, and the refund arrives a few business days after you submit them. If you do not receive a refund you expect, contact us.

Accounts

You can order as a guest or create an account. An account needs a valid, verified email, and you are responsible for keeping your password and any guest order links private. Do not share your login, and let us know if you think your account has been used without your permission.

Reviews and content

Only review items you actually bought. Keep reviews honest and lawful, with no offensive, misleading, or infringing text or photos. We check reviews before they appear and may decline or remove any review at our discretion. By posting a review you allow us to show your review and photos on the site.

Gift cards

Gift cards are redeemable toward orders on this site and cannot be exchanged for cash. Treat the code like cash; we are not responsible for codes that are lost or shared.

Promotions and loyalty

Discount codes and loyalty tiers come with conditions, cannot be combined unless we say so, and may change or end at any time. The price calculated on our server at checkout is the amount due.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site (for example automated abuse of checkout or order lookup). We rate-limit and may refuse service for abuse.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Pricing errors

Very occasionally an item may be listed at the wrong price by mistake. If we spot this before your order ships, we will let you know and refund you in full rather than charge the wrong amount. The price calculated on our server at checkout is always the amount due.

Our content

The photos, illustrations, and text on this site are ours, so please do not reuse them without asking. Anything you post, such as a review or a photo, stays yours, but you give us permission to show it on the shop.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of Thailand, and any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be handled by the Thai courts. Nothing here removes any rights that Thai consumer law gives you.
