Who we are

What we collect
When you place an order we collect the name, phone number, email (optional), shipping address, and any order notes you provide, plus the payment slip image you upload. We do not collect payment card details — payment is by PromptPay bank transfer.
Why we use it
Solely to process, pack, deliver, and provide support for your order, and to contact you about that order. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How it's stored
Order data is stored in our database (Supabase) with access restricted to the shop owner. Payment slips are kept in private storage and viewed only to verify payment. Order-related emails are sent via Resend.
Accounts
We do not create customer accounts. Your order is accessed through the private link sent to you; keep it safe.
Retention
We keep order records as long as needed for fulfilment, accounting, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing welcometocchome@gmail.com.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
